I placed my order in June and got a confirmation. I waited a month with no updates. I sent an e mail asking for any updates and was told they would check up on it. I got no response. I waited another couple of weeks and sent a follow up e mail to which I was told that the order would be processed. They say I will have my package this week, but im not counting on it.
I can understand if things are backordered, but at least tell me if is.
