Gibraltar products are manufactured with utmost precision and care, ensuring quality and durability. We offer varying warranty periods based on the product categories:

  • Bags, Cases, and Hydraulic Thrones: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Tablet and Phone Holders: 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • All Other Items (Including Stands, Pedals, Drum Thrones, and Metal Accessories): 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from GibraltarHardware.com. If purchased from an authorized Gibraltar retailer, work directly with them for warranty claims.
  • The product must remain unaltered and be used as intended under reasonable conditions.
  • Please retain your purchase receipt or other proof of purchase for warranty verification.

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • An original, clearly dated retail receipt is required.
  • This limited warranty supersedes all other written or implied warranties.
  • Gibraltar will not accept responsibility for incidental or consequential damages of any nature.
