What's covered?
We offer different warranty periods depending on the product type:
- Bags, Cases, and Hydraulic Thrones: 3-year warranty
- Tablet and Phone Holders: 1-year warranty
- All Other Items (Including Stands, Pedals, Drum Thrones, and Metal Accessories): 5-year warranty
All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Who’s Eligible?
To be eligible for warranty service:
- The product must be purchased from GibraltarHardware.com.
- If you bought it through an authorized Gibraltar retailer, please contact the retailer directly, they’ll be happy to help.
- The item must be unaltered and used as intended.
- Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy for verification.
Need a Replacement Part?
If your product is still under warranty and you need a user-serviceable part replaced, we’re here to help.

- A photo of the issue
- Your proof of purchase
We’ll review your request and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
Important Details
To keep things clear:
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and can’t be transferred.
- A dated receipt is required.
- This limited warranty replaces any other written or implied warranties.
- Gibraltar is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
