How is my order from Gibraltar Hardware processed and shipped?

At Gibraltar Hardware, we think our retail partners are the best in the business. We use Quivers to include our dealers in a partner network for fulfillment, including authorized Gibraltar Service Centers. Orders on are handled by the Quivers network and may be fulfilled by a distributor or one of our authorized dealers across the country. Sometimes, this means your gear might roll in on different beats - in separate shipments from local stores, depending on who's got the goods. Rest assured that we do everything we can to make sure you get your gear as soon as possible!

Where can I check the order status or make any changes?

You can always check your online order in your account here or guest order lookup. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact the assigned fulfiller shown on your order.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship online orders to a P.O. Box address.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Generally, standard shipping usually delivers within 5-10 working days. For more information, you can check out your order shipping status here or general Shipping policies here.

Why Is my order taking so long to ship?

Shipping delays are not uncommon during peak holiday season and other busy times of the year. We will do our best to expedite all orders.

How can I return my product?

Can I return my product if there is no defective issue with it?

Yes, but you will be financially responsible for shipping it back to Gibraltar Fulfillment. If a retailer fulfilled your order, you must contact them.

I have not seen my refund in my account yet and I show that my package has been returned successfully. What do I do?

Your refund will show up from ANTIGUA WINDS. You should expect a credit within 2 weeks of the product being returned.

I tried to cancel my order but it shipped before it was possible. Will I still have to pay shipping back to the fulfiller?

Upon receiving the package, you can actually refuse to accept your shipment. This will route it back to the fulfiller and you will not have to worry about paying to ship it back to the fulfiller. Please contact your fulfiller once you do this and provide the tracking number so they can follow the package.
