Refunds are issued by ANTIGUA WINDS. Please allow up to 2 weeks after your return is received for the credit to appear on your account.

We will always do our best to cancel an order, however if the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery when it arrives. The carrier will return the package to the fulfiller at no cost to you. Once you refuse the shipment, please notify us and provide the tracking number so they can monitor the return.
