Great Hi hat stand although I had to cut about 6" off of the top of the rod as it was way too high. I have had to do the same to other hi hat stands by other manufacturers, so it is the norm.

The entire Gibraltar package
I have an entire percussion rack system of which this hi hat stand is an integral part. It was a design that I had been working on for some time. Gibraltar had all the right pieces for a secure, stand alone rig that once I finish out with the final drums I'll be supplying photos of the final build for them to post.
