Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return new and unopened products within 30 days, for a full refund. orders will be fulfilled either by our US distribution partner, Hal Leonard LLC or by one of a number of local retailers.

If your order was fulfilled by a local retailer:

You will need to return your product, along with proof of purchase, to that retailer. Please contact the local retailer to initiate the return.

If your order was fulfilled by Hal Leonard LLC:

Items must be in new / unused condition with the original packaging. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.

How to start a return

Please contact Customer Service with your order number. You will be given an RA#. Please include this with your return shipment and if possible, on the shipping label.

When the returns process has begun, you will receive an email alert. Once the product has been received by Hal Leonard LLC, the refund will usually be processed with 10-14 days.

Missing & damaged orders

Sometimes things don't go entirely to plan. If your order arrived incomplete, or contained damaged products, please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to help.
