Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return new and unopened products within 30 days, for a full refund.

GibraltarHardware.com orders will be fulfilled either by our US distribution partner, Hal Leonard LLC, or by one of a number of local retailers. You’ll be able to identify the fulfilling party based on the package label, invoice, and packing slip. 

Please note that some sale items may not be eligible for returns. This will be noted on the product pages. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be in new/unused condition with the original packaging. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Refunds do not include the original cost of shipping or the cost of shipping to return the items back to Hal Leonard LLC or retailers unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

If your order was fulfilled by a local retailer:

You will need to return your product, along with proof of purchase, to that retailer. Please contact the local retailer to initiate the return.

If your order was fulfilled by Hal Leonard LLC:

Please contact Customer Service with your order number. You will be given an RA#. Please include this with your return shipment and if possible, on the shipping label.

When the returns process has begun, you will receive an email alert. 

Refunds

Once the product has been received by Hal Leonard LLC or our local retailers, the refund will usually be processed within 2 weeks. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. 

Missing & damaged orders

Sometimes things don't go entirely to plan. If your order arrived incomplete, or contained damaged products, please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to help.
